11/5/23 Seattle Hadassah Reads Book Group Inaugural Meeting November 5th, 11 am

NOVEMBER 5, 2023 (Rescheduled from September)

Potluck Brunch — Shoreline Area

This will be a monthly, in-person gathering which will be held in members’ homes.  Hosting is completely voluntary.  The group will decide together which books to read.  The books can be fiction or non-fiction, Jewish themed, exploration of another culture or any subject we find interesting.  However, the discussion will always come back to how our experience as Jewish women helps us relate to what we have read.  For the most part, we will choose books that are available through the library.

If this all sounds enticing to you, join us for BRUNCH!

We will discuss The Gown by Jennifer Robson, which is available in print, eBook and audiobook in the King County Library system.  Following this, we can share ideas about what books we’d like to read in the future and select our next book.

RSVP to SeattleHadassahReads@gmail.com
The location will be sent out a week before the event.  If you want to come but the date doesn’t work, please email to let me know that. I am also compiling a roster for a future Zoom group. Please email me if you are interested in that option.
